This is the brand new Hyundai i40 1.7 CRDi 136 Premium and we reckon it looks the business! The car pictured is the range-topping 1.7CRDI premium which comes very well equipped and will retail at £24,395 / €27,343 with the entry level model starting at £18,395 / €20,619. Thats fairly pricey though and puts it firmly in Passat / Mondeo territory. Is it good enough to stand up to that kind of competition? Only time will tell.
