Irelands premier International Motor Rally takes place over 3 days from the 17^th to the 19^th june and winds its way through the Donegal countryside. Since the event was launched in 1972, it has grown to become Donegal's largest sporting event. Estimated to bring up to €25 million to the local ecomomy  each year. The event hosts up to 50,000 plus spectators and attracts many Top motorsport teams. This year,  M-Sport, the Works Ford team have entered and are bringing Mikko Hirvonens Monte Carlo Winning car. They will be bringing the fight to expected front running  local drivers  Tim McNulty, Derek McGarrity, Daragh O’Riordan, Garry Jennings and Seamus Leonard, all in Impreza World Rally Cars.
