Concept cars was the agenda today for Free Friday, leaning off some of the cracking videos we posted this week. We looked for some ideas on what your idea of the best concept car would be, letting your imagination run wild and in an ideal world what you that car feature! 

As always we had some very good entries, albeit a low number of entries! We picked a random winner and that winner was:

This week on Facebook we had some UFI goodies to give away to celebrate our month long UFI Filters offer that is ending today. If you haven't got your UFI service parts yet - get them now.

Anyway on Facebook we asked for suggestions for new products, new brands and new videos - we're always on the look out for new stuff to expand our range so we wanted to get an idea what sort of things our audience wants.

To announce our expanded range of engine oils & lubricants, including the new range of Castrol, Total & Elf oils, we put a direct focus on oil for this week's Free Friday. As always we try and keep things pretty simple, and this week it was no different - in fact you didn't even have to leave Facebook! 

All we asked you to do is to use our brand new Total Oil selector at the top of of FB page, select the oil for your car and post the answer on our wall! Very easy!. We hope you found the tool easy to use, and of course it gives you a good insight into the correct oil for your car, and as we all know - 'Every day's a school day' no matter what age we are!

Free Friday roared back onto our FB page today, with no mention whatsoever of Friday 13th! How did we manage that one? Well we just decided to have some good ol' banter instead! It kicked off with a teaser with shocking news of Button and his F1 incident...and it continued into Free Friday and our caption competition!

This weeks Free Friday competition was another image challenge. We asked you to not only guess the car but also the movie  or TV series it featured in.

We featured quite a broad spectrum of cars and movies, ranging from the legendary Ferrari 308 in Magnum PI, acompanied by Sellick's equally legendary tash through to the Mystery Machine from Scooby Doo!

As usual, the incredible knowledge of our Facebook fans shone through and a few people got them all right...but this week there is only one winner and that winner is....

For this week's Free Friday competition we wanted to see the worlds best modified cars and we got a fantastic response as usual from our Facebook fans! Some were ridiculous, some serious, hardcore machines, some were works of art and some were...lets be honest, total bangers!

We have some great prizes to give away as well. In keeping with our current March Madness offer,

1st prize this week is a set of Wind deflectors for your car.

2nd prize is an Oakson 8 piece tool kit and

Picking a winner was very dificult this week but 1st prize has to go to the only entrant who posted photo's of their own car modifications. Julie Harris' Cajazzled Opel Agila wont be to everybody's taste but we salute your sense of humour and... errr style. Well done Julie!

2nd place was a close call between Anna Conlons 'Classic' VW and Kevin Dunne's solution for replacing a broken window. It was a tough decision but Kevin Dunne gets the 2nd place prize

We kept this week's Free Friday focused on great sporting moments - be it funny commentators, last minute winners, mad interviews - call it what you like. We had great entries, bringing us down memory lane to some of the great sporting moments the defied many a generation!

March Madness is in full swing by now, and so our incredible Free Friday give-away prizes have just kept on rolling! We tried to keep it topical this week once again, seeing as the Irish Government has been in office a year yesterday, we wanted to hand the power back to the people, and we asked you the question:

If you were Minister for Transport, what changes would you implement, good, bad or just pure crazy!

Tax was top of the list, driving licence was also in the mix there and of course the price of fuel. Michael McCormack has a novel one, asking to tax people who have their seats at 180 degrees.....harsh!
